Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in roads asset management or related field
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) and their implementation
  • Strong knowledge of roads operations and maintenance (O&M) processes
  • Experience with GIS software and asset mapping
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management principles and practices
  • Strong project management skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Professional certifications in asset management (e.g., CAMA, IAM) preferred
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
